    Patrick Henry was an American attorney, planter, and speaker recognized for his declaration to the Second Virginia Convention. He was an Anti-federalist. Henry reverted to the House of Delegates, where he positively beaten Madison's struggle to develop federal senator from Virginia, for under the new Constitution, senators were designated by legislators, not the individuals.
