innocent until proven guilty

In courts u can't be executed with out prof u killed some one no proof u dint kill anyone in the eyes of the state u kill some one there is a murder weapon they have the right to execute you because they have substantial proof after fingerprints and stuff works out

The origins of human rights may be found both in Greek philosophy and the various world religions.
