Arise of Ottoman Empire resulted in the final collapse of Constantinople and the Byzantine Empire and their dominance in eastern Mediterranian and balkans, the culture changed due to fact that Balkans started to be heavy influnced by Turkish cultre not by greek culture as in byzantine times
