    A benefit is that all citizens will have voiced their opinions and together as a whole are responsible for the outcome.

    Enforcing this will require a significant amount of money. Technology will have to be funded so the government can track everyone who votes. Those who do not vote will require consequences from officers and then the court system. These fees will be paid by the government

    While I do see benefits in requiring everyone's vote, the financial requirements are extensive and will hurt us as tax payers in the long run
