Harrison is playing a board game that has a path of 100 space. after his first turn, he is 1/5 of the way along the spaces. on his second turn, hemoves1/4 fewer spaces than he moved on his first turn. on his third turn, he moves 1 1/4 times as many spaces than he moved on his first turn. what space is he on after three turns.

    So harrison starts from space 0. if he moves 1/5 of the way along the spaces it would be 1/5 x 100 which is 20. so he moves 20 spaces in the first turn. on his second moves, he moves 1/4 fewer spaces from his first move, which is only 3/4 of his first move, so it would be 3/4 x 20 = 15. he moves 15 spaces in the second turn. and in his third turn he moves 1 1/4 times as many spaces on his first turn. so it would be 5/4 x 20 = 25. after three turn he has been moved 20 + 15 + 25 = 60 spaces
