The absolute tempature of and ideal gas varies jointly with its pressure and its volume. If the absolute temp is 250 Kelvin when the pressure is 25 newtons per square centimeter and the volume is 50 cubic centimeters, find the absolute temp when the pressure is 50 pounds per square centimeter and thr volume is 75 cubic centimeters

The volume has increased by 75/50=1.5 times.

One pound is about 4.44822162 Newtons thus 50 pounds/cm^2 is about 222 Newtons/cm^2 hence the pressure has increased by 222/25=8.88 times;.

Hence the temp will increase by 8.88*1.5=13.32 times, which makes a final temp of 250*13.32=3330 K
