    V=hpir^2

    length=height for this one (cylinder is on the side)

    given

    r=1.9

    l=h=11

    v=hpir^2

    v=11pi1.9^2

    v=11pi3.61

    v=39.71pi

    in terms of pi, it is

    v=39.71pi cubic meters
