3.6 grams of salt will dissolve in 10 grams of water. How many grams of salt will dissolve in 1000 grams of water?

    1 gram of salt dissolves in 10/3.6 gms of water

    100 gms of salt Will dissolve in 100 x 10/3.6 gms of water

    = 1000/3.6 gms of water

    = 277.78 grams of water
