    2 out of every 7 students plan to take the course ... that means 5 out of every students do not plan to take it. So 2/7 of the total students plan to take it and 5/7 of the total students do not plan to take it.

    so 2/7 of 2464 plan to take the course ... 2/7 (2464) = 4928/7 = 704 students ... the school need to plan for 704 students <==
