    1) Newton's first law of motion

    2) The soccer ball accelerates because of the force the soccer player exerts on the ball.

    4) Inertia is the act of not doing anything. Therefore, the jet airplane sitting on a runway has the greatest inertia because it is literally doing nothing.

    5) Forces DO NOT always cause motion. friction is a force that goes against a motion, this is a resistant force.

    Sorry but I wouldn't want to inaccurately answer #3, so I didn't do it.
