If a circle has a diameter of 14 cm and the area is tripled what happens to the circumference?

    Circumference of the circle: 2π. r = 2π.7 = 14π = 43.98

    area of the circle: π. r² = 49.π

    if area is tripled π. r² = 3x49xπ → r² = √147

    if r = √147, then circumference = 2π√147 = 76.18
