    As this can is a cylinder, and the volume of a cylinder can be expressed by h (pi) (r^2). The diameter = 2r so the radius for this can is 1.4. now plug into the equation 4.2 (pi) (1.4) ^2. when solved, the approximate volume of the can = 25.86 inches^3 when rounded to the nearest hundredth
