    Since the length is 4times the width that means. 4l is the length.

    Perimeter is 60cm.

    Therefore

    60 = 4l+l + 4l + l

    60 = 10l

    L = 60/10

    L = 10.

    Area of rectangle is l*w

    Therefore

    4l=24cm and w = 6cm

    Which gives us

    24cm * 6cm = 104 cm
