Linda has 27 one-dollar bills. She wants to give each of her 5 children the same number of bills. How many bills does she give each child? How many bills does she have left?

    Linda has 27 one dollar bills ... she wants to give each of 5 children the same number of bills.

    27/5 = 25 R2 ... so each kid gets 5 one dollar bills with 2 bills left over.
