    4.5 cc per 1 L

    X cc per 2.5 L

    Cross multiply:

    1*x L-cc = 2.5*4.5=11.25 L-cc

    x=11.25 L-cc / (1 L)

    =11.25 cc (after the units L have been cancelled)
