I'm not quite sure what you mean.

    the factors can't be 1.

the factors have to be odd.

they have to be the same.

    offhand i would say 3*3*3*3 would be equal to 9*9 = 81.

the number 81 has 4 odd factors that are all the same.

    can't be 1 because 1 doesn't counts as a factor.

a prime number has 2 factors.

    1 and itself.

every number has a factor of 1 and itself.
