What are the significant digits in 0.075 L

    When counting the sig figs, the only time zeros are counted as significant is if they are between numbers 1-9. In. 075, the only significant numbers are the 7 and 5. The 0 after the decimal isn't. If this number were 1.075, however, that zero would become significant. Since there is not a number before the decimal, there are only two sig figs: 7&5.
