    Arc length = r θ

    where

    r=radius

    θ = angle subtended.

    Applying relation,

    1.5 = 2.58 θ

    =>

    θ = 1.5 / 2.58 = 25/43 radians (or = 0.581 radians, to 3 places of decimal)
