Five students volunteered to carry boxes. There are 62 boxes. Is it possible for each student to carry the same number of boxes and have all the boxes carried? Eplain.

    If you divide 62 boxes by 5 students, you will get 12.4. You cannot divide one box by 5 for each student. In this case, your answer is no. The students would not get an even amount of boxes each.

    No, it' s not possible. Because 62 boxes / 5 which eqauls 12 r 2. So either someone will have to go back and get the leftover boxes to their destination, or someone can just carry more boxes.

    *But I wouldn't advise the second option due to how heavy the boxes are, unless they're empty.
