    W x (w-2) = 8

    w^2 - 2w = 8

    w^2 - 2w - 8 = 0

    (w-4) (w+2) = 0

    w = 4 Or w = - 2

    However w cannot be less than 0

    So w must = 4

    Width is 4, height is 2, length is 8

    Total Volume = 64 which is 8 (8).
