Which number sentence is true?

A. - 4 < 4

B. - 5 < 5

C. - 4 < - 5

D. - 4 > - 5

    A. Yes - 4 is smaller than 4. In other words, - 4 is to the left of 4 on the number line.

    B. Yes this is also true. This is very similar to choice A

    C. No this is not true. The value - 5 is not larger than - 4. The number - 5 is to the left of - 4 so it is smaller.

    D. Yes this is true as its nearly the opposite of choice C above. Saying that - 4 is larger is true.

    In summary the answers are A, B, D. So basically everything but C is true
