One day at 3:00 a. m., the temperature was - 13 degrees F in kodiak, Alaska. At 10:00 a. m., the temperature was 22 degrees F. Whta was the average change in temperature per hour?

    If you find the difference between the times and temperatures, you find there is a 7-hour difference and a 35-degree difference. If you divide 7 by 7, you get one hour, so you divide 35 by 7 to get 5.

    Every hour, it gets 5 degrees warmer.
