A triangular right prism is cut perpendicular to the base. What is the shape of the cross section?

    When a cross section is cut from a triangular right prism which is perpendicular to the base, the shape would be a rectangle with the length equal to height of the prism and the width equal to x which is to be determined still since it would depend at what part the area was cut.
