Jimmy went to the toy store. He saw 23 wooden trains and 41 plastic trains. how many more plastic trains than wooden trains did he see?

    This is a simple subtraction problem. To find out how many more plastic trains there were than wooden trains, subtract the number of wooden trains from the number of plastic trains.

    41 (plastic) - 23 (wooden) = 18 more plastic than wooden
