    75 chairs

    Step-by-step explanation:

    let x=number of chairs per row

    let y=total number of chairs

    use linear function:

    y=9x+3

    y=7x+19

    9x+3=7x+19

    9x-7x=19-3

    2x=16

    x=8

    plug 8 into either equation

    9*8+3=75

    7*8+19=75
