1; Ralph needs to give medicine to his pet hamster, Julian. The dosage says to administer 3 mgs each hour. If I graphed this situation when x represents the hours and y represents theamount of medicine in the bottle - what type of slope would the line have?

2: What would be the equation of the line in the above scenario?

    From my understanding, you would have a negative slope. The slope intercept formula is y = mx + b. The medicine (I will use pills as an example) is decreasing in number the more you use it. y = - 3/1x is the equation. The y intercept; 0, is omitted because it does not affect the equation.
