    Let integers = x, y

    x-y=3

    xy=108

    x=108/y

    108/y - y = 3

    108-y^2=3y

    y^2+3y-108=0

    y^2+12y-9y-108=0

    y (y+12) - 9 (y+12) = 0

    y=9,-12

    -12 is not possible so y=9

    x=12
