    The equation for the Circumference of a Circle is

    C = d*pi

    where d is the diameter

    this means that the diameter equals the circumference divided by pi

    d = C / pi

    we plug in the numbers they gave us

    d = 163.28 / 3.14

    and this gets us

    d = 52 yards
