    Line equation is y=mx+b

    Slope (m) and y intercept (b)

    Convert to linear form.

    2x+3y=12

    3y=12-2x

    y=-2x/3+4

    Therefore m=-2/3 b=4

    Subtract 3 to move down on x axis

    Equation is y = - 2x/3 + 1
