7 (3 - x) < 5x - 15
Distribute 7 inside the parentheses.
21 - 7x < 5x - 15
Subtract 21 from both sides.
-7x < 5x - 36
Subtract 5x from both sides.
-12x < - 36
Divide both sides by - 12. The equality sign will get flipped because you are dividing by a negative.
