    5/7 divided by 2/6 equals x divided by 1

    You then get 2/6x = 5/7

Multiply each side by the reciprocal to divide

    (6/2) 2/6x = 5/7 (6/2)

    6/2*2/6 = 1, so 2/6x becomes x and 5/7 * 6/2 = 30/14 which equals 15/7

It fills 15/7 liters per minute
