    Correct asnwer is: b) No, height is not a function of weight because two students weigh 165 pounds but have different heights.

    Solution:-

    The definition of a function is for every input, function must have a unique output.

    Here weight is input and height is output.

    So for input=weight = 165 pounds, we have 2 values of output that is 172cm and 163cm.

    Hence height is not a function of weight.
