Paris bought a variety box of oatmeal. In the box were 4 brown sugar cinnamon packets, 2 apple cinnamon packets, 6 maple brown sugar packets, and 4 plain packets. What percent of the oatmeal packets were brown sugar cinnamon-flavored?
