George claims that he is 3 years less than 3 times as old as his niece Pam will be one year from now. Let p = Pam's age now. Write an expression to represent George's age. Then simplify the expression.

    G = George's age

    G = 3 (P+1) - 3

    G = 3P + 3 - 3

    G = 3P
