Mera bought 5 different chocolates. the average price per chocolate was 14$. if the price of four chocolates were 8.50$, 23.25$,18.00$ and 10.75$.

Find the price of the fifth chocolate.

    8.50+23.25+18+10.75 + x / 5=14

    Multiply both sides by 5.

    60.50. + x = 70

    Subtract 60.50 from both sides

    X = 9.50. The other candy bar costs 9.50
