You just priced what it would cost to buy vinyl floor tiles at the local tile store. They quoted you $3.29 per tile. When you went home you found the same exact title for sale at an online outlet for $2.89 per tile. As a percentage, how much more expensive is the tile store's quote?

How would I do this and set it up to figure out the answer.
