    Right now I only have the time to give the answer's.

    Part A Answer:There is 1.5 times more lotion in Bottle Y than in Bottle X. 6/4=1.5

    Part B Answer: Bottle X is better because it is cheaper and there is not much of a difference.

    Part C Answer:It would be better to buy the third bottle because it has the same amount as Bottle Y but at a cheaper price.
