A high school athletic department bought 40 soocer uniforms at the cost of $3,000. After soocer season, they returned some uniforms but only received $40 per uniform. What wa the difference between what they paid for each uniform and what they got for each return

    At first they bought 40 uniforms for $3,000. When divided, the result came out as 75$ per each uniform. If they only received 40$ back then, 70-40=30. So the difference was 30$ per uniform.
