    r = √ (A/π)

    Substitute area into "A", then solve:

    Divide A by π, then find the square root of that number.

    Explanation:

    With the area of a circle, you can find the radius by rearranging its formula.

    Area of a circle: A = πr²

    Rearrange the formula to isolate "r".

    A = πr²

    A/π = πr²/π Divide both sides by π

    A/π = r² π divided by π cancels out on the right

    √ (A/π) = √r² √ both sides to cancel out ²

    √ (A/π) = r Write "r" on the left for standard formatting

    r = √ (A/π) Formula for find radius

    If you have the area, use this formula.

    Substitute "A" with the area. Divide A by π Find the square root of that number
