Pete's Electric charges $75 plus $30 per hour of work while Greg's Electric charges $45 plus $45 per hour. How many hours must each electrician work for them to charge the same amount?

    45h + 45 = 30h + 75

    15h + 45 = 75

    15h = 30

    h = 2 hours

    45 (2) + 45 = 30 (2) + 75

    90 + 45 = 60 + 75

    135 = 135

    Therefore the awnser is 2 hours.
