    D 1 + d 2 = 72 miles

    v 1 * t + v 2 * t = 72

    75 t + 45 t = 72

    120 t = 72

    t = 72 : 120

    t = 0.6 hours = 0.6 * 60 = 36 minutes

    Answer: The car and the truck will meet after 36 minutes.
