Jake can carry 6 1/4 pounds of wood in from the barn. His father can carry 15/7 times as much as Jake. How many pounds can Jakes father carry?

    I multiplied 25 times 15 and then 4 times 7 and i got 375 over 28 i divided and got 13 11 over 28

    6 1/4 = 25/4 pounds of wood

    15/7 * 6 1/4 = 15/7 * 25/4 = 375/28 = 13 11/28 pounds

    Result: Jake's father can carry 13 11/28 pounds of wood.
