    Ok here is what you are going to do, you are going to average. Saying the mean is basically saying the average of numbers. You have 3 things with numbers. Mean = average

    Median = middle number in a list of numbers

    Mode = number that is repeated the most times

    In this case we are discussing the mean. 1+1+4+8+9+3+8=34 ok now that we have that we are going to divide to get the average. We count the numbers and get 7 numbers in the list. So we divide 34/7=rounding to the nearest hundredths 4.86
