What is the theoretical probability of picking a slip of paper that has a multiple of four on it?

    There is a 20% chance of getting a multiple of 4 because there are 2 present multiples of four in the bag: 4 and 8. 2 out of 10 slips is a 20% chance of drawing a multiple of 4.
