Let

x = time it takes for Franklin to do the job alone

y = time it takes for Scott to do the job alone

z = time it takes for them to get the job done when they work together.

1/x + 1/y = 1/z

1/14 + 1/10 = 1/z

z = 35/6 or 5.83 hours

x=200 / (200/14+20)
