    Y=2x-3 by arranging

    and y = 3x-4

    so it shows that y = 2x-3 and 3x-4 so these both values are same we supposed because both are equal to y. so option b is correct

    Y+3 = 2x

    y = 2x-3

    y+4 = 3x

    y = 3x-4

    therefore, 2x-3 = 3x-4

    answer is B
