If 20 is 40% of a value, what is that value?

    to get from 40 % to 100% you multiply by 2.5

    20 times 2.5 is 50

    50 is 100%

    I think it's 8, because you turn 40% into a decimal, which is. 4, then we multiply. 4 and 20. Finally, we get 8
