    1 inch = 40 miles ... so 7.5 inches = (7.5 * 40) = 300 miles

    time = distance / speed

    t = 300 / 65

    t = 4.6 hrs <==

    If one inch is 40 miles then the distance is 40*7.5 or 300 miles. driving 300 miles at 65 mph would take you 4.62 hours. 4.62 hours is equal to 4 hours and 37 minutes
