Rodrick earns 150% of his hourly wage for any hours he works over 40 hours per week last week he says he work 48 hours and earned exactly $780. Let W represent Rodricks hourly wage, in dollars.

Would this equation correctly represent the scenario?:

40w + (1.5 (8) w) = 780
