    In parallel circuit, more bulbs you added in distinct branch, the total resistance will decrease

    The battery will always supply the nominal voltage with small variations, so you can say in an ideal case, voltage does NOT change.

    According to Ohm's law, the current will increase

    The power P = V^2 / R = 3^2 / 15 = 0.6W
